Long-time Mountaineers will remember Ms. Ernestina Zuniga, lovingly referred to by many as Grandma Z. Ms. Zuniga served the district for many years, and her legacy of care and commitment to the students she served truly captures the Mountaineer Spirit.

Grandma Z’s Cupboard and Closet is for everyone, and it stores everything from Chapstick to food items to coats. Students in need of items during the day may be walked down to the closet to get what they need, and we hope that if you need anything at all, you’ll reach out and make use of the contents.

Additionally, if you have items you think may be useful for the closet, we are accepting donations.

Please bring clean, gently used clothing and unexpired, non-perishable food and hygiene items to the front office.

Students and families in need of the closet are welcome to notify any adult at school.
